1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 55555 PKR platform, including the website at 55555pkr.org and any associated mobile application ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, accessing any game or placing any bet on the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

2 Eligibility & Accounts

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the 55555 PKR platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and other approved mobile wallets as listed on the Deposit page.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your account must come from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account belonging to someone else — are not accepted. If a third-party deposit is identified, it will be reversed and the account suspended pending review.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit or to an account verified as belonging to you. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money laundering measure. Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours; processing times vary depending on the payment method selected.

Minimum and maximum amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and displayed on the deposit page. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and the current limits are always shown at the point of transaction.

• 55555 PKR does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed once confirmed — contact support as quickly as possible if this happens.
• Funds held in your 55555 PKR wallet do not earn interest.

4 Games & Betting Rules

The 55555 PKR platform offers a range of gaming and betting products including live casino games, fish shooting games, bingo, slots, arcade games and sports betting across cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports.

Each individual game and each sports betting market operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or market interface before you begin play. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules before placing any wager.

General game rules:

• Once a bet or game round is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Results determined by our system are final. Disputes regarding results must be raised with support within 72 hours of the relevant game or event.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game round, the round may be voided and stakes returned. This decision rests with 55555 PKR and is final.
• Disconnection from the platform during an active game round — due to your internet connection or device — does not entitle you to a refund of your stake if the round has already been processed.

Sports betting specific rules:

• Pre-match bets are accepted up to the official start time of the event. Late bets placed after the event has started may be voided.
• In-play (live) betting markets on cricket — including PSL and T20 internationals — update in real time. Odds at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• If an event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled, bets will be handled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of betting. Typically, postponed events are voided if not completed within 48 hours.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per bet type are displayed within the betting interface and apply regardless of the odds or stake submitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 55555 PKR offers promotional bonuses, deposit matches, free spins, cashback offers and other incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which will include wagering requirements, eligible games, expiry dates and maximum withdrawal amounts from bonus winnings.

General bonus rules that apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The required wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings that remain after the expiry date will be removed from your account automatically.
• 55555 PKR reserves the right to withdraw any promotional offer, adjust its terms or cancel it for all or specific players if misuse or abuse is identified.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting the applicable wagering requirements.

6 Account Security
